Ruth Taylor Family Law was established in November 2010 to provide legal advice and support concerning issues affecting families and relationships.

We assist married, unmarried and same sex couples together with extended family members such as former partners or grandparents.

We provide advice and assistance concerning divorce, separation, financial settlements, pre-nuptial and pre-living together agreements, change of name deeds following separation or divorce, issues concerning children such as where the children are to live and contact with the other parent or another party.

We also give a sympathetic but thorough service to help with regard to domestic violence issues, whether to the victim or the accused.

We understand that taking the first step to seek legal advice can be very daunting. You will find our friendly approach and sympathetic manner in a comfortable environment will help make that step a little easier to take.

We also appreciate that people work long hours and work shift patterns and therefore we offer out of hours appointments, including on a Saturday morning by prior arrangement.

We provide a prompt and efficient service and will be thorough and proactive in resolving your matter.
